Dear Mr. Rachke: 


I would like to express Sabic Innovative Plastics and my gratitude on what a professional job your company performed on the Resin C Plating Grade Project here at Sabic Innovative Plastics, located in Ottawa, Illinois. 

With our ever changing world we are living in, along with the changes that were implemented before and during the project shutdown, this never stopped the Rachke crew from moving forward and finishing the project shutdown ahead of schedule. 

This is a tribute to your organization. Without the team effort that was displayed by the Rachke employees, the success of this project could not have happened. 

I have been in the business for a long time, and have never had a time sensitive project/ shutdown run so smoothly.

“I wanted to mention that Kaidon and Bryden did commendable work on the two releases: 149 and 150. Their welding and pipe-fitting work was perfect. They showed up on time every day--worked diligently throughout the day. They communicated any issues with Nando, the task manager, and myself immediately and implemented the solutions we came up with collectively. They followed the stringent system fabrication specification without cutting corners. Most importantly, they worked safely. They followed all the safety related guidelines highlighted in the jobs' Hazard Analysis forms. In addition to this, Ryan's management of your contractor group was flawless. He was always one step ahead of what the team and the job needed. Ordered all the right parts on time and kept meticulous records of the hours spent on the job. I would request Kaidon, Bryden, and Ryan on my future projects, as well.”
